Surfing through the internet, we connected with Amit and he in addition to the basics of trekking, gave us a local preview to understand the requirements of the weather. Upon reaching Pakhi, the base camp, we were welcomed as guests not customers. Immaculate place and great food. Although it served as Base camp, but it's best for a staycation too. Well connected by the road and good internet. Trekking went on for 4 days in total. The duo brothers, trained by their CEO & father who trains ITBP officials in mountaineering, were prepared for any support that we may require, Medically or mentally. ( more to next slide)

They had decent knowledge of botany and heritage of the valley of flowers. Hemkund was especially difficult due to lack of oxygen. But they kept encouraging and guiding us throughout with breathing techniques. That level of patience and empathy, I have not seen in all of my experiences of trekking. Due to their enthusiastic nature, we were able to see BrahmaKamal beyond Hemkund and saw the whole Valley of Flowers. It was all because of their directions on eating, walking and breathing right while maintaining oxygen levels that we got to actually enjoy this experience. (more in the next slide)

Keep in mind, it is Monsoons in Himalayas, the path is not paved completely and you are walking on big slippery rocks all across. There are multiple waterfalls and landslide locations. It is not just a regular stroll through a forest. An impromptu request to visit Mana Village was also well taken care of 😊. We were left too humbled by the whole family. I don't know anyone else who can top their mountaineering experience and level of humility. Looking forward to do The Kuari Pass trek with The Agamya.

Experience- 1st snowfall experience, Beautiful and refreshing, Sir's motivation and stories, good food Memory- 'Chausa' food and Summit feeling The members of The Agamya behave like a family, they always focus on the customer so that they do not face any other problem. The food here fails all the organic food in India. And when you come to their homestay, you will never forget the views there, especially the morning view, the morning there is so beautiful. Along with this, you can also do trekking here and trekking is famous in Uttarakhand. So you are requested to come with your family and enjoy the beautiful view.
